FALL 2007
We have completed the Gate and Entrance plans that have been recently approved by the College of Engineers and construction will commence in November. Landscaping continues along the main roads and entrance have begun and will continue through the end of this year.
July
July and August have been great months here at Punta Playa Vistas as we have had plentiful rain. The water retention pond has proven to be a very useful tool in the preservation of the rain water that falls here during these months. With most all of the infrastructure done we are looking forward to the construction of the entrance. The roads have held up very well and this rainy season has thoroughly tested everything at Punta Playa Vistas and we are very happy with the outcome. Soon after the rainy season comes to an end we look forward to paving the roads and finishing the entrance. Phase one condo sales are going well, don’t miss out as prices will be increasing in December. There are ocean view unit still available!! Due to the high demand for our condos we have made an executive decision to change the Villas from 2 story town-home style villas to one story ocean view condos. Prices expected to be released soon.
JUNE
Punta Playa Vistas now has all of its necessary infrastructure complete!!! All the electrical poles and cables aren't so lonely anymore as they now have transformers and running electricity throughout the whole project! Another exciting addition are the fire hydrants we've added throughout all main access roads. The roads have lastre laid to keep the dust from kicking up and the pavers will be the final touch. Also landscaping is starting next week to beautify the project and help fortify the soil against the rainy seasons. With the final steps of the completed infrastructure, the community is unfolding before our eyes. We hope to see you down here soon!
MAY
May is moving right along at Punta Playa Vistas with much progress and exciting development. The roads are really coming alive as we apply road base and sub base installation/compaction. All electrical poles and wiring are up with cables being run as well. Of course, there will be both above and below ground electricity depending on the lot you purchase. Also water tank # 2 is to be completed this week.

FEBRUARY
February has been a great month out at Punta Playa Vistas. Many lots now have their water hook-ups, in addition electricity is beginning next week as we met with the team doing the installation. Don't forget we will have above and below ground electric depending on the lot you purchase. Soon to be delivered will be our Punta Playa Vistas custom man hole covers. See the views, dry season is upon us and the water rention pond is going to be a great attribute during the dry season, the water tanks are coming along nicely as well.
